We were short 3 people, which is close to the estimated attendance, but the lower turnout might have been due to the timing of the event being around midterm season

this is was a social where members got to come together and enjoy the outside weather while creating stronger bonds

Yes, many members showed up and made crafts. They seemed to enjoy the event and talk to new people.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
yes, AS attedance was 8 people which was slightly lower than actual attendance but this was because some people did not want to get food so they assumed they did not need to fill out the AS form.

For next event, we would have it later in the day so it's not too hot outside.
