HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We roughly estimated 20 people in attendance. Slight difference due to schedule conflicts and midterms probably!

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Meet with our teams for assignments for the quarter. We had a summary of member roles, board introduction, and then time to meet and discuss our goals for the quarter with pizza!

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, this was a great success for us. While not everyone could make it, it was a good opportunity to meet in person as much of our club is online.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Slight difference due to the time in the quarter. We also could do more advertising to ensure better attendence.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Had some problems with the projector but were able to ask for some tech help.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Pizza is so expensive from Regents so maybe a new food event. Better advertising for the meeting as well.

Be more active on social media with a post and stories.
