WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Project and Competition teams of AIChE showcased their work and the progress they've made within their respective teams. Event was open to any student to gain interest in applying to either project or competition team.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, many students were in attendance and walked around freely throughout the event. Many of them were mingling and asking questions to each of the teams. People stayed around conversing and learning about the different teams AIChE offers.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
attendance was closely accurate to the estimate, people came and left as the 2 hours passed and a good amount of people showed up!

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
little to no complication arose

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
the intro could've been a little shorter on our end but when the floor was eventually open to walk around people stood up and went to their project of interest.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
could've possibly emphasized that is was open to any and all student majors. But we had a good variety of people stop by!
