IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight difference but it was very close to our expected turnout.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was for students to learn about how they can get into orthopaedic researching and some of the very interesting studies that the speaker has done.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we had a good turnout of students who were able to learn about the pathway from undergraduate into orthopaedic researching as well as some interesting research that the speaker was a part of.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
There was a difference because the AS QR code was shown after the speaker had finished talking and some people had to leave for prior commitments before he finished.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would like to have displayed the QR code at the beginning of the meeting because there was a discrepancy between the actual attendance and the recorded AS attendence.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would like for us to have posted more often on social media about the event because the posts we did make had a good amount of interaction.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I feel like the application process was relatively simple.
