HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Actual was 5 less than expected. We feel we were about as close as we could be with our estimation. In the future we could assume slightly less than we expect instead of how much we expect.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This is an arts and crafts event that we have every quarter. We will be using wood blocks to make iconic Minecraft-themed pixel art. This event aims to bring together Minecraft players within the UCSD community in a chill and slow-paced event.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we had many students show up (almost at capacity) and everyone had a good time and created some awesome artwork.

No, we made sure everyone who came signed the AS form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
None.

None, everyone who came loved the event.
