IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We were around the same amount as expected, a few new people came and then those who have consistent attendance.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to get together to enjoy a presentation and game about amusement park rides.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we had good and normal attendance and had fun with the drinks we got.

No

We have been following a consistent procedure that has made all events with this sucessful.

Maybe promote more with flyers.
