IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There were way more people than expected. I think this was because we advertised it as an event related to Sun God Festival, which caused it to go viral.

The purpose was to bring people together through crafts.

The event was a success because there were many more people than expected and many of them left happy with their creation.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The attendance should not differ from the A.S. verification because we had people sign the form before entering.

We were not prepared for the number of people that we got.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would probably reserve a bigger room for events related to Sun God in the future.

We will use the same advertisement methods since it worked very well.
