IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a difference due to the timing of the event. A lot of students had midterms around the same time as the event and were unable to come as a result. In the future we can do this event in an earlier week to prevent this issue.

The goal of this event was to celebrate BSSA's accomplishments as an organization throughout the year and to allow different committees to interact.

I do believe it was a success. Many students were able to connect with one another.

I would make the room location easier to find.
