IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Some people couldve forgetten about the RSVP that we sent out weeks ago through social media. Another reason was people signed up twice. Next time to avoid this, we will make sure we account for only one RSVP per person and dont overlook this topic.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This was a closing ceremony for the Flying Samaritans club to celebrate accomplishments throughout the year.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was definitely a success! We shared speeches and gratitude throughout with both executive board members and general members of the club.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No everyone that signed in at the door was there.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
it would depend on the complication. If it would involve an altercation we would call UCSDPD, if its anything that we can handle we will do in the most safe and respectful matter for everyone involved.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Definitely most outreach. Its difficult during spring quarter since turnout is usually low for the events hosted during this time so we expected this. Next time, we will try to advertise more, with physical flyers and more on social media.
