WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To learn about the history and culture of Europe Day and European integration, promote peace and diversity.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we met our attendance goals and participants learned a lot and had fun.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Since the event was on Warren Lawn out in the open, I suspect there were people that trickled in that did not complete the attendance form. So our attendance was very likely higher.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
None arose.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
More aggressive promotion and better pushing for completing the check in.
