It is certainly possible that we overestimated the amount of other students who would be interested in the campus redesign projects, but we’ve alo had events in the past where a particularly desirable food brought in a much larger than expected student count. It was likely a combination of the two and we will continue working as a club on honing the attendance estimation.

The goal was to showcase the hard work that our group of almost 50 students has been working on, being a redesign of a section of campus. We also had jurors come and critique the designs which was a fun show for all to watch.
Absolutely, we had an open event for anyone to come see the amazing work the team did, and the jury was also a fun time.
To be honest we quite failed in the open portion, for the critique it was fairly easy to have most of the students on the team scan the code, but for the comers and goers we weren’t very great at keeping their attendance and will need to work on that in the future.

Just honing keeping track of attendance as well as taking better consideration of the wants and needs of the student body.
I do think we’d benefit from having several posts to be honest because this is our biggest event.
