IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Estimated attendance was 150, so we were surprisingly close given no registration was required. If we wanted closer to exact numbers we could have audience members fill out a registration form, but it's unnecessary for these types of events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To give all nine a cappella groups on campus a chance to give a sendoff concert to their graduating seniors in front of an audience of primarily people in the a cappella community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we achieved our goals and purpose for this event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It was slightly different since we don't require registration for the event, but it was very close to our original estimate.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Some logistics concerns arose at the start of the event while making sure all groups had enough time to soundcheck, but I handled those and the event went smoothly afterwards.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I'd ensure all groups understand exactly when their allocated times are for soundcheck and have them come more prepared for the technicians.

None, the event was well advertised.
