IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We closed check-in 15 minutes into the event, some attendees showed up after the fifteen minutes and did not check in.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to bring together the SFl community to celebrate our community accomplishments, all undergraduate students were welcome to celebrate with the SFL community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, the event went smoothly with no major issues, we still had a good attendance and everyone at the event enjoyed their experience.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, attendance differed slightly due to having a cut off time for check-in.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications during the event

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would extend out attendance time and increase marketing for the event.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would expand our social media promotion through tiktoks or reels, we would also market it onbline or social media earlier. This would increase visibility from an earlier point.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Overall, no feedback. The process was easy to navigate.
