We had more people in attendance the filled out the sign in sheet. The difference occurred because since we were running late on time we did not mandate the sign in to receive food.

The purpose of this event was to inform our student body on the history of solidarity between the Black and Palestinian communities
Yes, it was one of our highest attendance events of the year and many students said they learned about aspects of Black history they had not known before
Yes, the AS attendance verification attendance form was not shared during the event leading to the discrepancy from BSU records. We included a timestamped copy of who signed in rather than a photo because there was no pictures allowed at the event.
The major complication was the timing of the program because we had outside speakers and very expansive topic meaning many sections of the presentation were rushed
I would want to allocate more time for larger collabs and do more walk throughs of the presentation
I would want to include the logos of all of the organizations involved in hosting the event
