IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I don't think there was a huge difference, I think we were pretty close to estimating the amount we expected.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our goal was to have a social event to get our members and attendees of the art community to come together and get to know each other better. We had food to encourage people to come to the event and socialize casually with one another as they studied and/or sketched.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We do believe this event was a success because the food we requested for the event encouraged more people to attend than we had expected. We were not expecting a huge turnout since our event happened during midterms and the event was on the third floor of Price Center, but many people stayed for a good duration of the time!

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe so, but we do not know what the form recorded vs. what we counted at the event because we do not have access to those results.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
For next event we might try to host it in a more accessible and larger room.
