IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference in the expected (~70) versus the actual attendance number due to the event being at the end of the school year. The timing might've not been as ideal since it was during midterm season, and will plan more accordingly in the future to ensure the attendance projection is more.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose for M.E.M.O.'s GBM#4 is to recap and highlight the events held during the Spring Quarter, as well as broadcast new updates or events. This event allows us to bring our members together and promote an inclusive and welcoming environment to ensure that our members are receiving the support they need while in school.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Overall, despite the lower turnout, yes, I consider the event to be a success, since all of our attendees felt more connection, informed, and enjoyed the food that was provided. Since our AS funding went toward food fees, all of the estimated funding was successfully used after coordinating with the Taco Stand, and attendees had a very positive experience participating in the activities and connecting with one another. We also order just enough food so everyone had food to eat, and there were no leftover food.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No, I don't think A.S. attendance should differ from what should've been recording on our regular attendance because we had both attendance forms present when students entered for our event. We expect A.S. attendance should account very similar amounts of sign-ins as 54, however, there may be cases where students may have signed the QR code and told us they filled it out, but might not have fully submitted their sign in to be shown in your data base, or that some members may have been confused and not did a second sign-in after our first sign-in.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
During the event, no complications were noted.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To improve for our next event, the cabinet will strictly emphasize everyone to sign in to both our general and AS sign in forms before they are able to enter the building. I think to really improve, we will delegate 2 board members for AS Sign in, and specifically have attendance show us their submitted sign in form, rather than just trusting them to fill it out after they scan the QR form. Once they show they have been confirmed to submit the application, they can head inside.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We hope to release the sign in forms earlier so we can gauge overall attendance earlier on, as well as pub-ing the event more earlier in advance.
