IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a very small difference from the estimate to actual.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to celebrate all the wonderful projects the club has been working on all year, as well as personal projects done by our members.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
It was a huge success! We had high attendance, everyone was talking with each other, and our attendees enjoyed the food that was brought.

No

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
A TAP absolutely MUST be done. We chose not to because we did not have one last year, and we already had permission from facilities to use the room. However, in doing so I was not able to get a reimbursement for my spending despite money being allocated to us from AS. That mistake will not happen again.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I think we're going to start making reels and short video advertisement for the upcoming school year!

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
It would be nice if where was a little more flexibility in the system, or an appeals process for when genuine mistakes like what happened for this event and the TAP. That way no one takes the financial burden in the process of making these events if something were to be forgotten or go wrong.
