IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I believe there was a difference in the number of attendees due to the timing of the event and its proximity to finals. It was also more of a social and destressing event which also likely contributed to this.

To provide a relaxing space for students to find community and hangout with their peers before the hectic finals season.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, although this event did not have many in attendance. The purpose was to provide a community space to get to know your peers and we did that even if it was less people than we would have thought.
