KOTX Spring Banquet

Last year was the 10-year anniversary Banquet, and as such we had a larger turnout then. Since last year was the first Banquet I planned, I erroneously assumed that a similar number would be present this year, which was not the case. Going forward I will know what the typical attendance of Banquet is and be able to give a more accurate estimate.

The food costs were entirely covered by KOTX's own bank account using money raised from membership fees and fundraising events.
The purpose was to hold a celebration of food and memories to congratulate our graduating seniors and look back on all the events we've held during the year. The goal was for members socialize and show off their talents through our small talent show, with our staff showcasing our members and seniors though superlative awards and a special senior sendoff.
Yes. We had many members of the community show up and were able to do all the planned activities celebrating the past year and especially our graduating seniors.
AS funding was not used for the purpose of paying for food, and the AS attendance form was not filled out. Actual attendance can be confirmed from the photos submitted.
No complications arose other than the AS funding form not being filled out.
We will put more emphasis on remembering the AS funding form even if AS funding was not used for food.
We did not send out reminder texts as we had in the past, which could help increase attendance and awareness of the event.
