IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We put the estimated attendance at 35, but we meant to put an estimated attendance of 25. This was a typo, a mistake on our part, and it will not happen again. Without this typo, there would have been a negligible difference between the estimated and actual attendance numbers.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To further connect the EBE community on campus. This event was meant to be an opportunity for undergraduates to learn more about what it is like to do academic research in a lab, and potentially find new research opportunities.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success. We had a good amount of both faculty and students show up at the event, and there were a handful of students who were able to get research opportunities.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The attendance should not have differed from what was recorded on A.S. attendance verification. We made sure to tell all the attendees to fill the attendance verification form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications arose.

We will make sure to not make typos on future funding forms.
