HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We had slightly more people than we were expecting. We feel we were in an exceptable margin of error.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This is an event where students will gather for community-building activities that promote the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This event aims to bring together Minecraft players within the UCSD community in a chill and slow-paced event.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, because we had more attendance than we were expecting and people seemed to had fun at the event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not expect that it would have differed, however the above number is an estimate because we do not have access to the AS form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
None

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would improve the structure of the event to make sure we utilize all of the events time effectively.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would send out our advertisement media a bit sooner than we did, which was just a few days before the event.
