There was a difference of about 7 people. We do not have the exact attendance since we haven't received the attendance spreadsheet yet. We believe the difference was due to the timing of the event because it was a little after the middle of the quarter where people are studying for midterms. For the future we will just have the event on a better week or advertise earlier.

An officer taught candle-making to attendees. Candle materials were provided. This act as a de-stressing event and a learning event since its not everyday people learn to make candles from scratch.
Yes, the event was a great success. The candles turned out amazing and smelled really great as well. Although attendance was about 13, the materials were just enough for all 13 people to leave with 1 nice looking candle each! We got really great feedback from this event and couldn't do it without AS funding.
Perhaps, we did ask people to take out their phone and scan the QR code, but there was no way to actually check if they submitted it or not. Next time we should allow people to scan before entering the room.

The materials we go this time around was actually perfect, but maybe we could see if we could find cheaper options of the same items in the future if that is a concern.
Some changes we would make to advertising is advertising earlier because the flyer itself was well made, but posted too late. Moving forward we will post earlier.
Some feedback we had in mind was sharing the running attendance of every event with clubs so we can fill out forms like these easier without having to ask and wait for the attendance list! As well as this, it would be nice if we could edit our responses after submitting up to a point in case we made a mistake. Otherwise everything else is good!
