Yes, actual attendance was much lower than expected. This is most likely because the event, despite having free food and early promotion/marketing, occurred later in the quarter when many people are often too busy to attend social events. We hope to decrease the difference for future events by keeping better track of membership, member activity, and being more mindful of when events take place and how it may affect members' ability to attend.

Not really, because the actual attendance was much lower than our expected attendance. However, those who did attend had a good time and we consider it to be a slight success in that regard.

There were no complications. We had leftover food, but we resolved this issue by allowing attendees to take extras with them. In the future, if any complications arise, we will resolve them to the best of our ability and report it to A.S.
We hope to gain a better estimate of membership for the next event.

I have inputted an estimate for attendance in the actual attendance box. I never received the form with our actual attendance despite emailing twice. If necessary, I will update the form with the correct numbers once I receive them from A.S.
