IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We had three members who could not attend, so we had 3 less than the 20 we said would go. This was due to personal reasons but otherwise people all attended. We also did promote a lot but as we are a growing club we are also gaining more members.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to celebrate the ending of the school year and look back with all members of the club down memories but also celebrate everyone's time in the club with fun activities and food. We said goodbye to our seniors, and we also got to meet others.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
It was a success as most people attended and the food was the best part as everyone ate and it was all finished.
