There was a difference due to the lack of promotion and time the event took place, right before finals, lowered the attendance as well.

This event was a study session/mixer at which students had the opportunity to mingle and get to know other members of our community.
We do consider this event to be a success. It provided students with the valuable opportunity to network, study with peers, and learn more about our major.
Attendance did not differ by much compared to what was recorded on AS attendance verification. It was off by maybe four or five people. We believe this is a product of people forgetting to sign the AS form since we didn't keep track of who was signing it near the end of the event.
There were no complications.
Next time, we intend to promote the event much earlier and on more platforms in order for the event to gather more attention. To incentivize, we'll mention the food being offered during the event as well.
We'll post our events more and earlier. Our graphics as of now are interesting and legible so we'll keep those as they are.
