WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To invite prospective members of our organization to learn more about our club and provide a free dinner, boba, and fun activities for them

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
yes, the prospective members had lots of fun and were able to get more information about our club, and there was enough food for everyone

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We were told the AS attendance verification form would not be needed for week 0 events

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any major complications

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would be more careful with making sure all students fill out the attendance form when it needs to be used starting week 1

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We probably wouldn't change much online
