IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We underestimated how many students showed up because we did not anticipate appropriately the interest we would recieve from first year students. We can take into account social media interaction when making future estimations.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This is the fall quarter GBM for Triton Minecraft. This GBM would introduce this student organization to the general UCSD students and attract new members to this organization. We would also share our event planning for the rest of the year while everyone enjoys a delicious meal.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we consider the event to be a success. Everyone seemed to have a good time and many many people stayed at the event for the entire duration, very few left in the middle.

No.

We could do better rehearsal next time, in order to make the presentation a little more smooth. But it was good overall.
