IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight difference, as more students attended then we anticipated. I think we underestimated how many people would show up to our GBM, as our social event prior had lower attendance. For future events, we will make the RSVP form sooner so we can get an estimate of how many people will attend.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To have our first GBM to get to know general members, and have them get to know board members as well. And to give advice to new members.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was a success. We had more people than anticipated and everyone stayed to talk to us afterwards and seemed very interested. And everyone took food and there was enough.
