ACTUAL ATTENDANCE (# UCSD UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS) 37

IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? In this case I think we were being modest, and I'm very happy about it. :D

ACTUAL EXPENDITURE 94.5

DID YOU RECEIVE OUTSIDE FUNDING?

PLEASE LIST ALL SOURCES OF FUNDING ASIDE FROM A.S. N/A

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To welcome new members and give a good start to the new school year!

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes! We had so many more guests than we thought we would.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Perhaps with a better seating set up or a larger room.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Maybe we would have provided video directions to the event earlier.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
A more practical and comprehensive common problems and solutions, or other resources, of the new T-res would be lovely. We have been having issues with it since it was released.
