IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was only a slight difference, we estimated about 40 people attending. We believe this was simply due to the time of our event. It is difficult for students to come onto campus at such a late time, especially when most students do not have access to a car. For future events, we should do a better job at picking a time that is more suitable for students.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to highlight the mission of our club, introduce board members, and ensure everyone understands the responsibilities of our club if they are thinking about potentially joining.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, many people seemed extremely interested and enjoyed being there. A lot of students said they loved how we were helping the San Diego community, especially by being part of education for children.

No

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We have a large board member team that all help each other just in case anything goes wrong, someone else can step in to fix the issue.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
More advertisement on campus rather than online.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would not make any online changes, I think our advertisement was great.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
The reimbursement process has been difficult because no one has responded to me explaining how it works. I have found the form; however, we are not registered for Paymentworks, so we are confused if that si something we need to do.
