IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We had around 50 more students than we estimated. We didn't expect that many students to show up as it was our first event, but we have a better sense of attendance now to help decrease the difference for future events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To welcome back our Muslim student community after the summer and introduce community resources to new students.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, it was a success as we had a lot of new members who were introduced to our organization.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
The reservation room/mpr was definitely valuable to host the event itself.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There was a conflict in which we were led to clean up and leave the room earlier than we had planned with our event coordinator, but we were able to resolve the issue.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Faster food distribution.
