HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight difference in the actual and estimated numbers. This is because of the margin of error which is hard to account for.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This was SangamSD's first General Body Meeting (GBM) of the year where we introduced our club to the UC San Diego student community, as well as other South Asian organizations on campus where students can participate. We also hosted multiple cultural dance performances and gave out catered food at the end of the event.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, the event was a success based off our attendance, audience engagement, and the general energy of the event. We are excited to start off the year right.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
AS Funding which helps provide for food for our events (which is our biggest cost).

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
None

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
For the next event, we would station more officers at check-in to make the process faster. Additionally, we could have tabled more during the previous week.
