This number is a little less than the estimated because the event happend during week 4 when a lot of the propective attendees have midterms.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to let people understand how CES is ran. What the organizational system is like.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We do consider this to be a success because attendees had fun during the event (base on the feedbacks given). There were a lot of interactions during the event and the schedule was timed well so no part was too slow or too fast.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
The most valuable resource for this event is AS funding because this event didn't really need other materials and the event occurs during dinner time, so having AS funding to provide food makes the attendees much more happy and willing to participate.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Next time, we woud make sure that the person picking up the food knows the order well, so that we don't leave any food at the restaurant.

We would advertise the event to the public earlier.
