IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? It’s often difficult to predict how many people will attend. I think one thing that limited our attendance this time around was the open mic being hosted downs the hall at the loft at the same time as our event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This event was designed to showcase our club and 2 UCSD student bands to the broader UCSD community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes I believe this event was a success. Though the turnout wasn’t as high as we’d hoped, it was still decent. The event itself went incredibly well ran, the music and performances were spectacular, and attendees seemed to have a very enjoyable time.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Our most valuable resources are the talented bands we have connections with who are willing and excited to perform at events like these.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We were a bit behind schedule due to the drums arriving later than anticipated.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
In the future we will take steps to ensure all necessary equipment is present on time.
