IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our expected attendance numbers were higher than the estimated number of 90. We believe its due to our flyering efforts at library walk and the free drink vouchers being advertised for our event as well.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The event was a halloween themed social for those in our community to celebrate the holiday with their favorite hobby, video games. Students were able to meet other students in costume and interact with each other through various activities.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider it a success because we achieved an attendance number higher than our expected attendance.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Our large officer base when flyering for the event and staffing it to make sure it ran smoothly.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
A slightly problematic line was made outside of the Triton Esports Center due to only having a single check-in station, but we were able to successfully check all attendees in without an issue.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Improve interactive activities on the Gliderport lounge above the Triton Esports Center so there is more foot traffic and attention there.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Post more on our social media about the event and at least a week earlier.

We were given an optimal amount of funding for this event in regards to our expected attendance numbers.
