I believe there was an increase in the estimated vs actual attendance members due to it being the first GBM of the school year for M.E.M.O. + we were providing free raising canes.

This event is M.E.M.O.'s first GBM (General Body Meeting) of Fall Quarter where M.E.M.O.'s board members will present information regarding the service, outreach, social, fundraising, sponsorship, and other events and opportunities that the organization has to offer. We will also share and detail M.E.M.O.'s philanthropy mission statement: M.E.M.O. is a student-run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit humanitarian organization that aims to help the underserved communities both locally in Southern California (San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles) and abroad in Vietnam through both medical and educational means. Our first Fall GBM is one of our organization's most important events of the year, as we will use this event to attract new members as well as retain previous ones who support our cause and/or are interested in the events we have.

Yes, as we were able to share to the UCSD community about M.E.M.O. and considering that 400+ students showed up, the event was a success.

Being able to get funding from AS due to the cost of the food.

If there were any complications during the event, especially if it was technological, we would have contacted the House Managers.

For the next event, especially for future GBMs, we can schedule the event earlier on in the quarter.
