IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There are more people showing up to the event than expected. It is probably due to that this is a bigger room and we made more posters and flyers promoting the event. Also, this event is Halloween-themed, so people are more likely to show up.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This is a Halloween-themed event. The goal is to gather Minecraft players on Halloween eve so people can wear costume and have fun playing Minecraft and boardgames together.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
This is a huge success. We had a great turnout and time was alocated very efficiently.

We will have more power supplies for the event. We only got one power strip which is not enough.
