IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The estimated attendance was 75 and the difference was due to it being the last day of our recruitment, where we usually see a dropoff in attendance. We can decrease this in the future by encouraging more continued efforts and participation.

Get to know the recruits in a social setting and have them get to know the members as well. Included networking time for them to further understand our personal values.

Yes, we had an amazing turnout and were able to select our new members from an amazing group of candidates.

Our most valuable resource were our active members. Without them, the event would not have been able to occur.
