HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The expected attendance and the actual attendance differed by 6 peoples as we received more attendance than anticipated.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to have potential new members interact with the organizations within MGC and learn more about the multi cultural greek council

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes the event was most definitely a success as we saw a good amount of potential new members interacting with the organizations.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Utilizing AS funding to provide food. Food was a big incentive to get people to the event.

Better marketing / promotion of the event would be the steps taken to improve for the next event.

Have more organizations within MGC promote the event days in advance.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Overall, I had a positive experience but the only feedback I have is to provide more communication of the status of my application. It was also unclear when I did receive the funds because I did not receive a formal email.
