Spring TritonWare Kickoff
84
I'll explain why this happened, but we do think actual attendance was higher than 84 just based on looking around the room. But, like with Spring GBM, we do think that TCP may have affected the overall retention of our club, which is something we'll take into account next year.

To kick off our big 2-week game jam for the quarter, bringing game developers together to hear a panel from Scott Rudi, and then to start to build games together.
The actual event was one of my personal favorites we've ever run, and I think it was absolutely a success and a model we'll continue into the future. Attendance could have been better, but it was still decent, so overall I'd say it was a success.
Our check-in process was a lot more complicated because we were putting people in teams, and I think it's likely that people slipped through the cracks (we'd guess there were actually around 100). In the future we'll tighten up the system for our more complex check-in processes.
Nothing major, the event basically went according to plan!
Just tightening up the check-in process, everything else went well.
None, online advertising was great and worked as intended.
