HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Because our event was held over Easter weekend, some students may have gone home to celebrate. The timing of the event may have played a role, as some students might have been in class.

The Spring Conference brings together researchers, industry professionals, and students to explore the diverse applications of cognitive science by featuring keynote talks, student presentations, and expert panels.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we still had great attendance and many attendees reported learning a lot from the speakers.

There were no complications.

We would start marketing earlier on, and have an RSVP form early in the quarter to gauge how much food to get.

We would start our marketing much earlier, perhaps making daily Instagram stories.
