IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a lower turnout because of the location (not eye grabbing like library walk) and general inaccessibility of promotion material to students. Next time we should ensure better confirmation that the electronic promotion through the Price Center Marquee and TVs are ready, and perhaps lower expected attendance numbers for a more relaxed event planning process

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to get students connected with student organizations on campus in an engaging and entertaining way, being able to enjoy refreshments and activities while still connecting to the tablers there.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event a success because this was a first-time event for the leads and the fundamental idea that we wanted student orgs to attend and connect to students, and for students to have a good time while connecting with student orgs

Better clean up with a table cloth for crafting/painting activities and better check-in process for student orgs.

None, we posted to the getinvolveducsd instagram account, the PM listserv and used the story promo as well
