HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We believe there was a difference between them because the event was advertised last minute rather than in advance, and this event was held towards the end of the school year around midterms.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to continue to bring our art community on campus together and to also teach people attending the workshop how to do Chinese calligraphy.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we do believe this event was a success because we were able to teach calligraphy to the attendees, and everyone who attended enjoyed the activity.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe attendance differed from what was recorded.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
None.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would have advertised the event earlier.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would have gotten the marketing graphics for the event done and released earlier.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
It would be great if our event would have been added sooner to AS Funded Event Attendance form to lessen our worry about it being added like some of our previous events.
