IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We expected 50 people and we got 42. This could be due to the fact that the event was held on a weekend. We could estimate lower turnouts for weekend events in the future, but we found that this event was a success overall, and that all the items that were funded ended up being used anyways.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to bring artists together to socialize and appreciate each other's works.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider the event to have been a success because we had a good turnout, enough materials, and everyone felt very engaged.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Attendance did not differ (or at least not significantly) from what was recorded.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We had to start a little later than anticipated because it took longer to set up than we expected.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would set up earlier and make sure that the AS QR code was in a good and obvious position.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
There weren’t any significant changes that needed to be made for advertising/promotion.

We have no feedback for AS regarding the funding process or supporting our organization.
