IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We think we got closer to the 300 estimated students, but not everyone filled out the AS Form, and we will explain why in a future session.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to showcase all the Bioengineering senior design captsone projects that the graduating seniors worked on throughout the year. And host an event where these seniors and other undergraduate students can network with faculty and appreciate the accomplishments of Bioengineering.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we had great attendance and high engagement throughout the event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We think we had more than 242 attendees. The event was big and some times people who had check in shifts were confused on which sign in forms people had to fill out. We still got over 200 people fill it out for an event that cost about 1000 dollars. so we still met the necessary requirement. But we feel like the attendance was closer to 300 students than 242.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If any complications arose from the event Officer Board would've handled them accordinlgy

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Nothing to come to mind at the moment, we think the event was a big success!

None at this point in time.
