HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference because we had to adjust the amount of attendees due to limited capacity for the room.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to not only create team bonding throughout the members of the club through various fun activities, but it was also to recruit new members and have our club gain exposure to many different people throughout the campus.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, it was very successful because many new and preexisting members had a lot of fun playing various activities, and we are hoping people get excited to join our club, reflected through our mass amount of applications sent in to join the club.

Yes, because many people left and came in as we had to fulfill the limited capacity.

To book a bigger room in anticipation of a large event meant to capture the attention of many different Chemical Engineers.

To promote our GBM through online newsletters and on all of our social media platforms.
