IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our actual attendance was higher. This was likely because our advertising worked better than expected, as we tabled several days in the week leading up to our event, as well as flyered. In the future, to decrease the difference, we'll make a more accurate estimate of our event attendance.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce new and returning students to our club and engender a supportive atmosphere in which students are introduced to Japanese anime in a community setting.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider the event a success, as our attendance was high, attendees seemed to enjoy the event, introduced students to the club, and the event brough a niche part of Japanese culture to UCSD students.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Attendance did not differ from the A.S. attendance.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications that arose during the event.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would account for a potentially higher attendance and plan our GBM accordingly.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
As our online advertisements brought a fair amount of attendance, we would not change much other than posting slightly more often.
