We think that there is a difference because we usually overestimate our turnout for the first GBM, in addition, some people came to the event not exactly at 8pm. We feel like a way to decrease the difference is to put out our sign in form at the end of the event as well or have it printed out at the door way.

To increase awareness of our club and get new members who would like to contribute to community service
We do consider the event a success because the event was fun, engaging, and everyone seem to have a lot of fun.
It did differ because when we have two QR codes sometimes people may only scan one and think that they already did sign in.
No complications arose but if there were then our board would do whatever we can to solve the issue in the most calm manner.
We would like to order more food for the next event since food being less than we expect it made a lot of people frown.
None, we think we did everything like we should have.
We think everything is great but probably delete the old QR code for sign ins because we had to go into each one to see which is the right one for the year.
