IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The estimated and actual attendance numbers look about right, we did want a higher attendance count, but this number is still great.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This is our club's Halloween Social where members of the Video Game Development Club can dress up, enjoy food, and participate in activities including a video game tournament, cosplay contest, arcade machine, and plenty more. We aim to grow our game development community, showcase our members' games, and help developers connect to build more games together in the coming year.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
No because I think we have a lot to improve on when it comes to socials and especially the thematic Halloween Socials. While we hit our desired attendance numbers, I think there is a lot of room for improvement as to the event itself.

No, our pictures seem to match up with these massive attendance numbers.
