IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This event is partially driven by the fact that attendees would most likely be the participants of the TritonWare Game Jam, so out of the ~230 signups, 150 were able to make it to the showcase. That difference would likely be due to scheduling difficulties and/or those who didn't make their game in time. In addition, the fire alarm ringing lasting so long made a lot of people leave as well.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This event is the follow up event from VGDC's Tritonware Kickoff where VGDC members can come showcase the games they have been making over the past 2 weeks. Attendees will play one each other games, give feedback, and enjoy some light refreshments.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, because we achieved a solid attendance number with great participation, it would've been lovely to have even more people but this number is enough.

No

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The Fire Alarm rang during the event and we weren't let back in for at least an hour, so maybe attendees and those about to come into the event were kicked out and decided to leave
